"The app cuts out frequently whether I'm on Wi-Fi or 5G. And most infuriatingly it will not run in the background. So I spend more time listening to ads every time I have to reboot the app then I do actually listening to the games. As an out-of-market fan, this is the only option I have for games and it's sub-par at best. Even with the most updated version, it's still cutting out every 2-3 minutes. Fix it."

"The live radio will only play for about 10 minutes at a time before it stops. You have to manually restart it, but you'll have to listen to another ad first. Unfortunate, since the sharks have chosen to not broadcast some games on standard cable and aren't on the radio anymore this season, so the app is the only option. Which makes it worse when it doesn't work without constant intervention."

"It's terrific but the radio keeps stopping, even when I haven't moved and have full service/data. Then I have to exit the radio portion and re-enter to keep listening, after an ad of course. But when it doesn't self-stop it's great."

"App has not let me participate in Pick 3, Tank Trivia, or anything else. It just keeps having me check in over and over. Also, it needs a map of where all the food venues are within the arena, and a schedule of which restaurant is at the Test Kitchen when. You used to be able to get these at the help desk, but they don't have them and think they're in the app but we checked together, and they're not. Also needs a way to report issues - the kind that need an usher and general arena things."
